These terms of service (“Terms”) cover your use and access to our services, client software and websites, features, content or Applications we offer (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). By using Sidekick (SidekickGPT and its affiliates “Sidekick” "we", "our" or "us") you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your Information and Permissions

When you use our Services, you provide us with things like your personal information, files, calendar, content, messages, contacts, and so on (“Your Information”). Your Information is yours. These Terms don’t give us any rights to Your Information except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services.

Fulfillment Policies

Cancellation

You may cancel your Sidekick account at any time by contacting support@sidekickgpt.io. Upon cancellation, your account will immediately become inactive and will no longer be accessible. Refunds are only issued if required by law.

Paid Accounts

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure that your cancellation is completed before the start of your next billing cycle, as we require cancellation requests to be made prior to the commencement of the billing cycle. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle. If your payment is declined we reserve the right to cancel your account.

Free Trials

To avoid automatically transitioning into a paid subscription, it's important to ensure that you cancel your account before the end of the trial period. You will automatically be charged once your trial period has ended.

Refunds

Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Sidekick. If you have any requests for cancellations, refunds, or returns, or if you think a correction should be made to any Charge you incurred, please contact us at support@sidekickgpt.io to initiate such requests within 30 days after the Charge took place. Otherwise, Sidekick will have no further responsibility and you waive your right to later dispute the amounts charged.

Promotional Offers

Certain users may receive free trials, promotional offers, and discounts that result in different amounts charged for the same or similar services obtained through the use of the Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and without notice.
